Margarita Popsicles

Seriously? I can't think of a better way to celebrate the start of Summer! This recipe from Bon Appétite couldn’t be any easier either. All you do is take lime flavored ice pops and pour a mixture of tequila and lime juice over them. Finish by gently pressing one side of the popsicle into kosher salt. Done and done!

Or you mix up your own margaritas then freeze them into pops and dip in salt. Emeril Lagassi has an easy recipe for this version.

Hmmm ... is 9:00am too early for a popsicle? ;) Happy Summer!
